Pro Sapience Projects and Safety Solutions is a sole trading  business owned and operated by Juby Joseph. We provide service solutions for projects, construction and maintenance industries. Juby is a senior engineering professional with extensive experience in Project Management, Production Management, Maintenance Management, WHS Management and Ship Building. Juby had led large projects including the construction and delivery of two naval utility vessels, refurbishment of a large vessel as a quality engineer, manufacturing of marine components and segregation of a live major hazard facility. Juby had also been part of three very large bulk liquid storage terminal expansion projects adding over 700,000 cubic metres of combined storage capacity and allied facilities and had looked after maintenance of a major hazard facility (petroleum storage) for 5 years.

Backed with 40 years of experience in projects of all sizes with versatile organisations, Pro Sapience offers to provide maintenance, projects and safety solutions and services. With over 10 years of exposure in the Oil and Gas industry & major hazard facilities and 20 years of defence service in the submarines, where safety & discipline are embedded as the paramount attribute in every step, it is our mission to uphold the values of safety, compliance, prudence and promptness to match safety with productivity.
